Perilla Red is a kind of natural pigment obtained from labiates fresh leaves of perilla. Its raw material also named “Perilla Frutescens” or” Beefsteak plants”. Perilla red contains Rosmarinus acid, also can be used as antioxidant. The environment pH can influence its hue and stability. At pH 2.0-6.0, the color is red or amaranthine.

Application:

It can be used in the coloring of wine, carbonic acid drinks, juice drink, jam and candy. It also work as the antioxidant in the production.
